INTRODUCTION :
[MAGURO SOBA] is an authentic Japanese cuisine restaurant located three minutes’ walk from Asakusa station. You can enjoy Sashimi, Soba and Tempura made from specially selected ingredients.
Our restaurant has been introduced to TV channels and other medias for several times and have attracted many repeating customers from in and out of the country. The reason of repeating customers in-fact is in the use of specially selected ingredients.

We only use top quality seafood selected by professional buyers from wholesale business of Maguro (Tuna). In addition, we are very particular about Maguro.

According to the CEO of Maguro Soba, each Maguro is different, therefore, choosing the best Maguro is not easy. In such situation, our restaurant is one of the rare restaurants where you can enjoy the [REAL JOY AND TASTE OF MAGURO].

We also care very much about our Tempura. The full flavor of material comes out with the specially selected ingredients and well-trained techniques of expert chefs. Because we use fine Tempura flour, Tempura becomes crunchy, and frying it in the Rice oil, it becomes healthy at the same time. You can enjoy rich sweetness of natural prawn with the Prawn Tempura which is one of the cuisines we would love our customers to try.

Tempuras made of seasonal vegetables are enjoyable from both taste and texture side.
Soba is made from Soba flour brought from Hokkaido and made by Soba chef. It matches and tastes extra better with the Soba Tsuyu (dipping soup) made with special effort and time.

We have Halal Soba Tsuyu too! To make sure about it, please ask at the restaurant.
We have vegetarian, vegan and halal corresponding menu which can be widely enjoyed by various customers.

At our restaurant our soba chefs make soba with soba flour brought from Hokkaido. To meet the requirements of vegetarian customers, we use soy milk for soba tsuyu (dipping soup).
